A Mixed Stay with Room for Improvement Our overall experience at the hotel was decent—not exceptional, but not disappointing either. One notable downside was the housekeeping schedule; the room wasn’t cleaned daily, although we did receive a sufficient supply of fresh towels, which helped maintain some comfort. The swimming pool was a fair size and could have been a great spot to unwind. However, it often became overcrowded at night, with loud music playing and some guests smoking poolside. This made it feel less suitable for families, which was a letdown given the hotel’s family-friendly positioning. In summary, the stay was okay for a short visit, but a few improvements in guest management and facilities would really elevate the experience.

Nice layout to room, spacious. Nice having separate AC room controls in each room. Living room can use updating. Showers are slippery and there were no forks in the utensil drawer, only spoons. Couches were not comfortable.

First time staying at this property because it’s more accessible than the one I usually stayed (without a car). Overall a below average stay, partly due to Expedia. Pros: -Close proximity to theme parks and other local attractions like old town -You can access the entire property without a car -Staff are pretty friendly Cons -Needs a lot of updates even inside the room; the fridge is pretty much a joke you are better off with placing perishable on top of the AC; the kitchen and bathtub drains slow, broken furnitures, flickering lights, grouts popping out on random places, stains on bathtub etc -I didn’t request house cleaning during my short stay, but I noticed a half/emptied spaghetti box in the top shelf which tells me housekeeping probably do not do a through cleaning between stays -Only limited utensils in the room including a couple spoons, NO FROKS, a couple knifes; when I called the front desk about it I was informed that this is normal and they will bring some over if requested- and we waited for so long I ended up walking to the front desk twice to request them -The elevator that’s closest to our room was constantly out of use and we had to take the stairs multiple times during our 2 nights stay The worst part of the stay was the check out. The free late check out that comes with my Expedia status wasn’t a guarantee and we were basically evicted from our room. Never ever in my life I was this humiliated. The $25 “compensation” from Expedia was an added insult.
