We had booked a king room but upon arrival they tried to tell me it was a double queen booking. I showed them my reservation which clearly stated king. They then said the AC was out in the king room and the double queen is all they had left. For the inconvenience they waived our 30.00 parking fee. We booked this room over a month ago so it wasn't short notice. They sold the room to someone else at a higher rate. We won't book them again for this reason. We're seasoned travelers and know this trick well. We're annual pass holders at Disney and live about 2 hours away so they definitely lost a good customer.

Fantastic Stay Near Disney! We loved our stay at this hotel — the location couldn’t have been better! It’s just minutes from the Disney parks, making it super convenient to come and go throughout the day. The area around the hotel is full of great food options, from quick bites to sit-down restaurants, and we never had trouble finding something delicious nearby. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. We also appreciated how close it was to shopping areas — perfect for picking up souvenirs or grabbing anything we forgot to pack. Overall, this was the perfect place to stay for easy access to Disney and plenty to do (and eat!) nearby. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking for a stress-free Disney vacation!
