I loved the property and all the amenities! The condo we stayed in was spacious and comfortably fit our large family. The only complaints were the limited parking and the inconvenience of getting water park tickets—it would’ve been nice if everything was provided in one place. But those are minor details compared to all the great things this property offers.

The property is very nice and in a quieter location than usual, but it is very far from the markets, shops, and central and affordable restaurants. They require a $500 deposit that is not returned immediately. You have to leave everything clean, tidy, mopped, and washed. There isn't even a person to deliver it to you, so if you receive something broken or dirty, you have to pay for it. It's too expensive, almost $1,000 for 3 days alone. I do not recommend it.

Loved the resort not the neighbors

Absolutely loved this resort! I had no complaints with the resort itself but, couldn’t use the gym when I tried and didn’t have time to figure how to gain access. Also, not resort itself but upstairs neighbor let children run amuck so really didn’t get any rest after 7am

The property was like new and very modern. The pool at the Clubhouse remained me of a resort in Mexico. The waterpark was the highlight of the property, the grandkids loved it. I wished we received the complete experience as described in the emails I received prior to checking in but Dana did her best to make things right…thank you.

Property and house was clean and everything was in great condition and in working order. The only drawback was the parking situation. Having to walk all the way out to the parking lot with a family member that has low mobility was not convenient. Also, we were told all parking around the units was only 10 minutes at a time and it seems that lots of other guests decided that those rules did not apply to them. There were people parked all over the place at all hours of the day and night.
