Our luxurious air-conditioned villa is a true home away from home situated in the prestigious Silver Creek area. Its position is ideal for easy access to everything that has made central Florida one of the most popular destinations in the world. Silver creek is located 1 mile north along highway 27 after the junction with the 192. The villa is a perfect base from which to visit all the attractions and shopping malls, or dine at one of the many nearby restaurants, or to simply relax by the south facing pool/spa and enjoy the sunshine and the views over the lake.

The accommodation, with 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors, is ideal for two families sharing. The comfortable great room/lounge is equipped with a 55” led television, and provides guests with a pleasant area to relax in comfort after a hectic day at the parks, shopping or sight-seeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including - large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal + all utensils and crockery.

The villa is registered, licensed and professionally managed. The management company ensures that the villa is maintained to the highest standard. They ensure that the villa is fully cleaned for your arrival, provide a friendly and professional service to make you feel welcome, and can be contacted at any time during your stay. Fantastic Orlando villa stay!

Stayed 2 weeks at this lovely villa!. Very spacious inside. Great swimming pool, which was nice and warm. Perfect view of the lake! A great place to sit to eat or chill outside. Check in at the villa was clearly detailed. And the owners are very responsive if needed. Would stay again :)

The property is as accurate as the pictures. The house was clean, the private pool was awesome, my 12 yo loved the game room. There is a walmart 1 mile from the house. Plenty of restaurants near the property. Easy access to the local highways. We had a great time.

This was our third time at the villa. Another fantastic trip. Villa spotlessly clean as usual and the location, overlooking the lake, is so peaceful. The villa is close enough to the parks but very relaxing by the pool. Needed to call the management team and their response was great.

Great house in quiet location

The house was in a lovely area overlooking a small lake. The facilitities were exactly as advertised. The pool & spa were lovely. We loved the pool heat especially when using it in the morning. A tranquil place to unwind but not too far from the theme parks.We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property. Downtown Clermont is a nice place to visit too.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this home. We came for a week at Disney. Everything was very convenient with a short drive to the parks. A hurricane hit during our stay and the home was super safe and we experienced no flooding or damage. Owners were very responsive no matter what questions we had. Cozy alternative to Disney resorts

My friends and I had a nice, relaxing stay here during our vacation! It's only about half an hour from the Disney and Universal parks. After a long day of walking around, it felt good to soak my feet in the spa!

Fabulous stay!

The property is well appointed and fun! We had a wonderful stay with our two teenagers at this centrally located home. You can easily drive to either coast with this as your home base. The pool is a perfect way to relax when spending the day at the house. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed watching the birds every morning while we had our coffee on the patio. Thank you for an amazing stay in your beautiful home!

Perfect!

We had a lovely stay! The property (and neighborhood) was very well kept and clean. There was plenty of everything we needed. It was very conveniently located and a very easy drive to Disney parks and Universal. We enjoyed the pool on our break day. I don’t typically walk barefoot in rental homes but I did on a few occasions here and my white socks were still white! It was very homey feeling and comfortable. We would definitely return!

Excellent in every way

We’ve rented several villas over the years and this bested all of them. The villa was extremely clean, well-maintained and well-appointed. I really can’t find fault! We loved the added bonus of the pool table, as well as cooling off in the pool. Rear aspect is private and the neighbourhood is quiet yet near to shops and restaurants. The owner, Joanne, was a pleasure to deal with and extremely responsive. Questions were answered within hours or sometimes minutes. Thank you very much for welcoming us into your lovely vacation home. We will definitely recommend to others and look forward to returning!

Nice property, farther than we expected

The place was very nice in a very nice neighborhood. Overall reservation process was a bit overwhelming with paperwork that needed completed and it seemed like soo many rules. I was nervous I would mess something up unintentionally. With that said, the stay was easier than I expected. The host was VERY communicative, even when she herself was on vacation which I appreciated because we read in two spots of the listing that there was a BBQ and had planned to use it but on-site we realized it needed requested (and in the "notes" section we didnt see before. We were able to gain access on site. Pros- Walmart grocery deliveries can be delivered here to save on errands for food and essentials. Location was very peaceful. Pool was a very nice addition to our vacation and from the pictures I thought it was indoor like a porch but it is screened in so beware of the potential inability to use in winter or rain. LOTS of towels were provided. Cons - much farther away from Orlando and Universal than it states. Took us easily an hour and a half to get to Universal Studios because traffic is insane there. Took approx 1 hr 40 min to get to Cocoa Beach. Does not include large enough cookwear to cook for 6 people let alone the 8 it can actually sleep. Lots of plates and cups but pans are too small and the nonstick is completely gone. Zero kitchen essentials for cooking.. no salt/pepper, oil, paper towels or napkins. Need to purchase all of these things.

Immaculate Villa in a Perfect Location!

Our experience was unbelievable to say the least. The villa exceeded our highest expectations and had everything you would want in a vacation home, and more! The owner ensured our stay was perfect and made this the best vacation we've ever had. It was so sad for us to leave, however we were lucky enough to book another weeks stay in three months.
