I usually stay at Universal resorts but decided to give the Sheraton a chance. It was stunning and from the young man at the gate, David, to the gentleman at check in, Youseff, if I'm not mistaken, was just such a pleasant experience. My family and I were celebrating my youngest 5th birthday and Youseff made it extra special by upgrading us and making the trip that more special. We found our room with ease and it was beautiful. With a huge jacuzzi in the master bedroom that became the kids favorite perk. We were grateful because it turned out to be a crazy rainy weekend but it was cozy and it felt like home. Restaurants everywhere and fairly close to the parks just gotta take traffic into account. Awesome resort, definitely worth the stay in every aspect.
