Beautiful property! Clean and safe with good customer service. There were some unexpected water disruptions, but they kept guests up to date with everything. Our room was spacious but could have done with some more cutlery. However, we just called and asked for whatever we needed and they didn’t delay to send whatever was requested up. This was our second time here and we will definitely be back.

The resort itself was nice and had a lot to offer. However, I was very disappointed to find out that parking was not included in the booking details. It came as a surprise to be charged $25 for parking, only to spend over an hour searching for a space. When we finally found one, it was far from our room, requiring what felt like a mile-long walk just to get back. For the price, I expected better parking accommodations and clearer communication during the booking process.

Great price for all the amenities. Staff was very friendly. Very clean rooms and pools. Pricing for food at the onsite restaurant eas average for the IDrive- Orlando area. Everything you need is on site. No need to leave. Several pools to choose from to swim in. Kids loved the area. The pools are only about 4 feet deep. Lots of chairs to relax around the pool. Safety alarm and text sent out when storms come to let everyone know to get out of the pools. Just wish they didnt charge $25 to park daily for people staying!

When we checked in there was a smell to the room was not sure what it was, the sofa bed mattress was the cause smelled like they had vomited on mattress might have been cleaned but it did not work awful! Then something happened to sewer line or something had no water for 6 hrs restaurant was closed bar was limited on what they could give you bathrooms with guests poop in all bathrooms no water anywhere worse part they did nothing for the inconvenience hotel is getting old not being updated and you can start to see it. I will not be back! And I did call and complained about hrs with no water and received an email confirming that they would not be doing anything for what me and my family had to endure awful service.

It was noise morning and late nights with arrivals. The walls are thin between units. The water main was damaged 2 times with no water for hours at a time.

Absolutely beautiful. The room was so clean and homey. The staff was super friendly. Food and drinks were great.The bella pool was amazing. Parking wasn't the best, and wifi was constantly in and out. But overall i just loved this hotel and i will definitely be staying here again.
