The resort grounds were beautiful and well kept. Our kids enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. Our room was clean, but did have a musty smell. Otherwise it was just what we needed for our stay.

Check in staff was courteous. We needed help luggage as our room was far from check in. None of the golf cart drivers were helpful and we were lead to believe they would transport us to the room. VERY big resort and a VERY long walk. Not at all happy with that part.

Everything was wonderful once we were able to check in, but the check in process was extremely long. They obviously know how many people are sceduled to check in each day but only had 2/3 of the 8 lanes at the front desk staffed while a line of more than a dozen people waited. We were in line for almost 25 minutes. After driving for more than 20 hours, its a little disappointing to finally arrive and realize I made the effort to book and drive down for 2 days but they were not prepared to receive us and check us in, in a timely manner. Check out was at 10am, but housekeeping began knocking on our door before 9am, trying to rush us out. Other than the slow check in and feeling rushed to check out, everthing in berween at the resort and with the staff was great.

Location was decent! Pretty close to everything I decided on to check out. Didn’t realize they would have activities for the week I stayed. That was pretty cool! Next time I stay it will be warmer so I can check out ALL 5 pools & hot tubs!
