This was a amazing property the staff was friendly and helpful because our flight was delayed and we arrived at almost midnight but they checked us in quickly and took us to our room so we didn't have to walk. I would definitely stay there again.

After a long day of travel, we where told our room was still being cleaned. We didn’t get our room until 5:30 PM. We couldn’t adjust the thermostat and the ceiling fan was not working. We were not offered a ride to our room as other in our party was. We were not offered or told about breakfast.

This is a nice and beautiful place, staffs are nice and friendly. They do take a $10 package fee for amazon packages, however after talk with them they kindly waived for me as a one time credit, which I appreciated. The location is also good (close to Universal Epic). It will be our go to place next time when we visit Orlando.
