The room wasn’t clean ! Floor trim layered with dust Kitchen floor sticky ! Pillows were flat and didn’t have any covers .. only a pillow case Unacceptable !! From the minute we arrived until we checked out, the staff was so kind and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. Only thing I wish would’ve worked out better is the bar by our pool staying open more hours and in-villa food delivery being available during our stay.
