I didnt like the fact that the staff wasnt knowledgeable about general hotel issues. I was told dial # 10 to get front desk by more than one staff member. After failed attempts, after phone repairman said phone was working, I decided to dial 0 and got front desk. Maintenance dept was great especialky Carlos. Kitchen staff was lousy when the best two workers Florence and Marie was not working. It was unbelieveable to be told it cost $3.00 per item to dry clothing Ridiculous. Location was great. Felliw that checked us in and out was great. Hilrado and John I believe, kept trying to talk to Elizabeth never met her. Overall I may try again but it was rather stuffy or mildewy in room allergies flaired up. I reported remote control had no back it took 5 days before we met Carlos who replaced it. I suffered badly needed kemon for tea thanks Florence. Maria and Florence was pleasant, cordial, professionally cleaning food area. Thanks Ladies.
