Breakfast is amazing. The hotel is clean, they sell discount Disney tickets but you have to attend a 90 minutes tour. Across the street is Burlington and Ross dress store. Disney discount store as well. Great place to stay.

We stayed for 8 nights and it was pleasant for the price we paid, the reviews about the room cleaning are some what accurate but they do tell you when checking that you must request a room cleaning. The shape of the room was kinda what I expected for the price, there was mild underneath the shower sled but other then that just seems like it’s diy repairs in the room but over recommended it if your not super picky

It was clean and nice. Breakfast was interesting. I wish there was there was more of a variety of fruit and other items hot items. They were actually warm. The website was a little deceiving. The kids activity is very sparse. It was quiet and nice though. It was updated and not costly.

I go to this hotel very often when visiting places in Orlando it is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the pool and play area is pretty good when coming with kids or you want to hang around and look at the lake. The breakfast is pretty good in the mornings, and everyone is really nice even if it's the staff or tourists I enjoy the lasting memories with my family and friends.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend The view from the hotel was beautiful, and the food was decent, but unfortunately, those were the only highlights of our stay. We had no hot water for the entire duration of our visit, which meant cold showers every day. We reported the issue to the staff, but they weren’t very helpful or apologetic. When we asked for a refund, they only offered to refund the resort fee. We accepted, thinking it was better than nothing. However, before we left, they said we’d receive an email confirming the refund—but we’ve received neither the email nor the money. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The view alone doesn't make up for poor service and basic amenities not working. I do not recommend staying here.
