It was ok at check-in was a smooth process we were so thirsty when. We got there and wanted water that their snack bar had no water the fridge was empty had to get a uber deliver water for us. Breakfast was ok only ate there the next morning don’t think we ate real Eggs. The people at the front desk were Very nice and helpful but other staff roaming around they don’t even look at you they only look down at the ground and me trying to be polite to say good morning or good afternoon some of them had faces like they are mad or don’t want to even be there.

I was able to check in at 3:00pm but i had to wait till 4:00 to get my key resulting in a long line just to retrieve my key to my room. The elevator was very slow and needs to be updated. The room was updated with zero rugs but the paint inside the bathroom left much to be desired and the bathroom light came on automatically which was a terrible inconvenience for the other person in the room as they got rudely woken up when i had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The ac was loud and kept going on and off and wouldnt stay on and the beds although comfy kept hitting my shin when i got in and out of bed because the mattress didnt fit the bed correctly. The breakfast was ok but no fresh juice or muffins was provided as advertised.

Room was clean and nice, pool was clean and well maintained. We were served for breakfast a scoop of powdered, watery eggs and 3 cold tater tots. Bread served were cheap dinner rolls. Coffee and liquid creamer were both watery and flavorless. We went out for a real breakfast for the rest of our stay.
