This Hotel is great. Great location, customer service the rooms very clean, great WiFi and cable tv. Last the breakfast is great is not just coffee and bagels is hot breakfast. Last and most I booked it late around 7pm and the price was great for all this that we got. .i really recommend it .

I felt like a prisoner, could not get off of the property unless in a vehicle. Rooms were not very clean, only had cleaning service every 3rd day. One washcloth in the room for 2 people. Very noisy day and night. Beds were hard.

The property focused on outdoor recreation activities, aesthetics of the lobby and entrance grounds more than the interior of the rooms. The rooms appeared to have been updated, but the updates seemed like they were done by a handyman versus a contractor. The flooring was warped and separating. There were electric lines visible under the sink in the restroom. The beds were queen size and excellent to sleep on but the frames were visibly larger than the mattresses (meant for king size mattresses, so there were 3 inch gaps of wood all around the bed. The TV doesn't swivel so you can only watch it from the beds but there is a desk and sitting area that I would have liked to see the TV from. The dining area was nice, and the food options were a step above a traditional continental breakfast. I was told on arrival that room service/cleaning was done every three days; however, when I returned from my conference on day 3 at 5;30 pm, the room had not been cleaned, no beds made, no fresh towels. I called the desk and they said the best they could do is come empty my trash and swap out my towels. The door to my room did not have a do not disturb sign to use. There was no security peep hole. The lock itself seemed weak. The patio needs refreshing & the furniture cleaned. I better partition would be nice between the two rooms on the patio- like a divider to block the view of the other patio. Overall it was a 3 out of 5 experience. I was in the Royal section but it didn't feel Royal.

They make you pay a resort fee but all in all it doesn't give resorts they have amenities for children but very very limited like two things to do with them they could have better organization when it comes to breakfast it was very overcrowded when we went to the breakfast Hall maybe about a thousand people in a very small space about a 20 minute wait just for waffles due to you having to make the waffles your self and they only had two waffle makers no microwaves in the room three microwaves are located on another floor so if you wanted to warm something up you literally have to walk to another flight or take the elevator but due to so many people being there no telling how long that will take it's all around very inconvenient for the price of the room plus the deposit and resort fee All in All to me it wasn't worth it
