I like room condition and clean, especially balcony. But, they didn't mention any VIP benefits. Furthermore, the breakfast was terrible. They didn't replenish the food and drinks promptly, and the single staff member serving so many people’s hot food resulted in long waiting times. I just got two sausages and some scrambled egg. Not buffet. Also, people were reserving seats in advance, so even after getting food, there were no seats available. Avoid the breakfast between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM.

Clean room, welcoming staff. Beautiful grounds, we enjoyed the hammocks by the lake. Breakfast was good, but seating is limited, and you can’t choose to take it to your room, because they don’t allow their dishes outside of the dinning room. I would suggest giving guests an option to use paper plates.

The room is very nice and the staff was very courteous. The AC was not working well and the vending machines were all out of order .. those were my only issues. Also if you want to enjoy the breakfast go really early. It’s really busy after 8am.
