I checked into my room and found that it was not clean. The bed sheets, bathroom, and floor were very dirty, I asked for clean sheets and they said not available and I ask please give me another room and manager was so rude end up giving me another room so bathroom and floor was dirty I have a some pictures of everything how I can send it to Expedia

We checked out a day earlier than planned and were told we still had to pay for the second night. Please update your records to reflect that we checked out on 2/14/26 at 9:36 am and returned both key cards. The receipt provided states we checked out 2/15/26 which is not accurate. If the room 317 is booked/used by another client, please reflect that we didn’t not stay the second evening. The print out provided was dated today 2/14/26 as our proof we didn’t not stay overnight on 2/14/26. We checked out early because of roaches in the room, a woman screaming outside at 3:13am, for 45 minutes and pounding on the door next to us to Let her in, the room was not clean, nor were the sheets. The check in and checkout staff were not attentive or helpful. At checkout, she didn’t tell the manager that she called as to the reason for checking out early nor did she apologize for the roaches or seem to be surprised. B Kleinsorge Room 317-113403 Confirmation #70940 I would have hoped for better service, not to be ignored when checking in, being told that two towels were enough, disregard when checking out early or caring about killing roaches in room.

Don't be deceived, only part of this hotel has actually been renovated. The elevator didn't work, the steps on the stairwell were falling apart, the fitness center looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, and the room was disgusting. There were gnats in the bathroom sink, dirty walls, rusting lamps, cigarette burns and cracks in the bathtub, the bathroom door wouldn't shut and the blinds didn't cover the windows completely (no curtains).

The room was disgusting. Hadn’t been cleaned. Black mold in the toilet. Roaches. Hair in the shower. Hair in the bed. Hair on the towels. Got moved to another room, same situation. Wish I could include photos. Steer clear of this disgusting place.

I've stayed in seedy hotels and I'm saying stay away. Not nearly as good as the pictures. When I pulled in there were questionable women standing outside, which is to be expected. Then a police car made it rounds and parked in the parking lot which isn't a good sign for a hotel. When we got to the room we killed a cockroach, it is the south so we let that slide. Then we noticed any furniture in the room was absolutely filthy. There was a "substance" on the bed skirt. I paid them for the night as the room was not refundable and went somewhere else. It was below my standards, and they are pretty low.
