Nice clean rooms, friendly & helpful staff. Walking distance to so many places. We didnt drive once while we stayed. Safe environment and the complimentary breakfast was more than expected. Would definitely stay again!

Awful. So loud. Old hotel and windows and doors not sealed. Bugs. Only sheets on bed. Asked to move away from noisy elevator and inward facing pool area and was told someone would call me to move rooms and never did.

Took us 45 minutes to check in after i had my credit card declined 10 times on 3 separate cards. Finally it got resolved due to a front receptionist error. The shower had at a minimum luke warm water no hot water. The bedding and pillow case either had blood stains or coffee stains on them.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. No gluten free bread at breakfast, 2nd day no Keurig coffee in room, no key drop at reception, had to 20 min to check out there was only 1 person at reception. This made me miss the last bus to the trade show. Had to take Uber.

Property is fine. older hotel with outside room entrances. they try very hard to keep this older building clean but could use an update. didn't like having no coffee except during breakfast hours and then its instant from a machine, tiny cups, no lids. very odd. but then florida over all is not a coffee culture.
