Convenient to airport, but has some upkeep issues

Originally we were booked into an occupied room! After that was fixed, our room was spacious but had some problems. The bathtub spout was leaking quite profusely, and the on-wall hair dryer wasn't working. Toilet didn't work well. Cleanliness and upkeep of some common areas also left a lot to be desired, especially the elevators. Left too early to try breakfast, so can't comment on that.

After checking in we were given our room key. I opened the door only to find that ALL our bathroom towels were just tossed on the floor in a pile next to the bathroom door. The floor had not been vacuumed because several tater tots were laying underneath the room table and next to the bed. The air conditioner would not turn off or lowered down. I felt extremely uncomfortable staying there! I asked to change rooms and was told that the hotel was booked and that was impossible. The manager gave us a $40.00 credit but was told we would have to contact Expedia ourselves to get the money which I’m still waiting for. As I waited for the shuttle van, several people were also complaining about their rooms.

They was very friendly. I loved the fact that they text me and was very understanding ti my flight being late. I didn't get there to 1:30 am and kept in communication with them and my room was still was still waiting for me.
