The hotel itself wasn’t very clean except the bedding, the blow dryer wasn’t secured on the wall, I had no room service the entire week I was there. The bath tub needs a new shower curtain.

This was without a doubt one of if not the nastiest hotels I’ve ever stepped foot in. I couldn’t get my family out and back into the car to find another clean hotel to stay at for the night. I think it’s a disgrace that I didn’t get a refund. If we were all crack heads and covered in fleas we still wouldn’t stay here.

Don't stay here

I've stayed in a lot of rundown places and have no problem with it, but this place was next level bad. The smell of mildew in the room was so strong that my husband put on a mask during the night. The tub wasn't able to be turned off completely so the toilet room had mold all over the walls. The air conditioner was leaking on the floor and when we put a towel down on the wet spot it turned brown. There were obvious stains on the sheets. It really was so terrible. I will say the staff was delightful and the woman who checked us in at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful. We were only there for 10 hours on a layover but definitely should have spent another $20 to stay at a better place nearby.

The King Inn and suites in Orlando West airport location was horrible. No, I did not see any bugs but yes, the furniture was falling apart. The only thing that I can say about the hotel was the beds were comfy and somewhat clean Patrick the nighttime customer service representative was amazing. Everybody else was called and didn’t seem to care about any of the needs. The many needs that we had in our four night. Stay at La Quinta Inn & suites.

The hotel was very old construction and they had not renovated it. The hall way was dirty, the room was not good. The carpet had stains. Only one night lamp near the bed was working. That too with two different colored bulbs. One was sunlight and another was day light. The other two lamps were not working and one of them did not had bulb. The study table was shaky and loose legs. The shower knob panel was broken in the restroom. No microwave oven or mini fridge. We stayed for 4 nights and they did not change the sheets or replace new towels for each day. The free breakfast has no enough place for people to sit and eat. Not many options in breakfast.

Basically, this is an old property. Never any pool towels. The door to our room was warped, 148, difficult to open, and you could see daylight around the door. Mostly, people were friendly. Loved the Fish on Fire restaurant on the property. The room was stale and smoky.

For the price it was fine, for one night it was fine. Wish the breakfast was a little later then 9:30 , most people who are staying at a hotel are on vacation and like to sleep in

When I checked in they were quite friendly. The elevator near the room was broke but I had no problem climbing the stairs. The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom sink. There was mold around the edge of the sink. Sheets and bedding were pristine. I don’t blame staff for the mold. I think it’s just an older hotel and needs a small upgrade.

This property is quaint, a little rustic and very enjoyable. The room was comfortable, the amenities good, breakfast was excellent and bountiful. If ever in need of a place to stay again, I would choose this one.
