The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The whole place is beautiful. kids love the pool area. I definitely would come back again in the future.

Come for the water slides, stay for the value.

We had a balcony room overlooking the resort pool. Very nice for the fireworks. Beds were comfy, rooms felt a little tight. I felt like they also need brighter lights in the rooms. Saturday is the best day to do a pool day there (if you need dowtime from the parks). DJ was pumping out good music. Felt like a huge pool party. Sat night they do fireworks display also. They were very good with food allergies when we had breakfast at Citra every morning. Staff was excellent too at Citra. Ordering a la carte was pretty economical if you don't want the buffet. Kids loved the Bubble waffles! The self park was good but card reader is a bit wonky. Slides were fun! Pools are open until 8 am-10 pm, Slides 10 am-6 pm. They provide towels but self service to grab chairs and umbrellas. I was debating the Ritz which is the sister resort but with kids proximity to pools was better at the JW.
