The room had bad smell, we ordered changed of sheets and took more than 12 hrs, plus several calls and reminders to get clean sheets. The hotel was full during our stay and the breakfast was poorly refilled. Definitely we won't stay again, and we wouldn't recommend.

One suggestion to improve service for guests who drive to the hotel would be to do away with charging for parking. There's no value in that for the guests. Seems like gouging a captive clientele.

Cleaning only every 2 days, didn’t tell us at outset. Didn’t have enough towels. Left our dirty glasses behind after they did clean and took two days to get new ones. The cleaning was not good. Still had sand in tub and make up on counter. Hot tub was also out of service the whole time which was a huge downside as all we wanted to do after walking the parks was soak. No lounge chairs by pool at all. Just upright.

It was quiet with a good breakfast and the staff was amazing. Other than that, everything was horrible. Hot tub was out of order, garabage cans were always over flowing, lack of available pool towels, pool was definitely not heated. Shuttle was late for pickup and drop off 2 out of the 3 days we used it. Restaurant and bar in the hotel are only open wednesday thru saturday after 5:30. Very low beer selection at front desk. Bathroom door didnt lock, shower faucet was way too low, im 5'2" and had to duck to get my hair wet. Sink didnt drain properly, vent in bathroom didnt work at all. Will not stay here again.

I wouldn’t need to be able to enjoy the pool because there was raccoons behind the gate and they will come out to look for food. And the people stay in there next-door to me while extremely loud at night. The best part of this is that the front desk staff work great Checking you in.
