customer service was excellent they held our bags even after we checked out till our flight . Breakfast had many options every day only thing I can say was AC was not on throughout hotel so it was hot only your hotel rooms are quipped with AC . Also ice vending machine was not working our whole stay . I liked how our hotel room was like an apartment because amenities such a fridge , stove top , microwave were included which is a huge plus not sure if every room is like this though . I would definitely stay here again in future !

Upon checking in, Our room was not ready we never encountered this in any stay before. Took nearly another hour before it was available and when it did, Bed wasn't done correctly. Pull-out Sofa bed Had crumbs between/under it. Last of all, The water temperature was low. We managed it. By the morning showering, water was completely cold. This is unacceptable. Front desk acknowledge that the supervisors were aware of it and they're contractors currently working on it. Overall, We made use of the small kitchenette and breakfast. Everything else we overlooked it only because we were only staying 1night. Pool and heated outdoor tub gave me and my daughter (only us 2 used it) and broke out badly. Will not stay at this Homewood suites location again!

Great place to stay for a two week Disney trip. All the parks are a short Uber away, the breakfast options are easy and convenient! Shame the pool wasn't heated but that was so minor, everything else was perfect.

It was our first stay here and everything, and i mean EVERYTHING was absolutely great, the staff, Oskar was super nice, Gabriel, everyone at the front desk, the kitchen staff, breakfast exceeded our expectations, the cleanliness of the room, 100% would recommend it and definitely will be coming back!

Do not recommend.

During our stay, our room was not stocked and no hot water for the shower. Ended up having to move rooms at midnight with my toddlers in their crib. Then, once we got to the new room, the key handle battery was dead. It was an awful stay. Nothing updated. Nothing fixed. Will never stay here again. Also… was not happy paying $30 extra A NIGHT for parking.

The breakfast included was OK but convenient and appreciated. The staff was courteous and accommodating. My room however had a few things that didn’t work such as the TV and both phones. I didn’t request to have those items fixed because I wasn’t planning on staying too much time in the room anyways although I did inform the staff of what wasn’t working. The hotel itself does need some TLC. The wallpaper was coming off in the hallway on certain floors. I used the hot tub almost everyday and it wasn’t until my 4th day there that I felt the water was actually clear. Apart from that my 7 day stay was good.

It was okay but probably would not return. Firstly, the hot water was broken for 2-3 days of our stay with different answers of solution timing given. There were also issues ie phones in room not working, accessible door closest to our room from the parking lot broken, and our fire alarm batteries going dead and needing to be fixed around 11pm.
