We stayed in the Altamonte Springs location on the second floor. The air conditioning in the room did not work consistently. Hotel did not address/ fix the issue so that was disappointing. Everything else for the Hotel was fine.

Breakfast was great, I ordered room service. Rn there are christmas drinks too and they werr very good. I have stayed there 2xs already and have had a great service both times from the front desk to the bartenders
