Set thermostats at a reasonable level when in use. 75 is cold enough. I'm not trying to give you a north pole experience. Be sure to turn off AC units and lights daily.
Close all windows and blinds
Wash all pots, pans and dishes. Take out garbage before leaving. Do not take anything with you. Please turn off all utilities before leaving daily. Excessive energy use can be detected remotely.
