We booked for only one night. One glaring thing that HOTELS.COM did not clarify on their site is that parking is NOT FREE. The listing only says that parking is available on property. So be forewarned that will have to pay $35.00 a day for parking and that was way to expensive for us especially in this economy. Having said that, the friendly staff is what made everying better - so kudos to the staff! We checked into our room and while clean and comfortable, the toilet was not secure to the floor and we did not want to be blamed for that. We immediately called down and they exchanged the room for us. Our new room was clean and comfortable, but just needs updating. The Crabtree & Evelyn bathroom amenities (lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) was a good touch.

Room pricing was great. But parking and breakfast was overpriced (especially breakfast which was not very good). Paid $47 for breakfast for two, which was worth $25. Also, there were doors opening and closing all night on my floor (very noisey). And lastly, many very sketchy people in and out of the hotel. Overall, I would give the place a 7.5 rating.

They have BED BUGS DO NOT STAY HERE! Also I have yet to get my refund from the property and it’s been two weeks! I’m definitely disputing this I don’t play when it comes to housing & hospitality! I also work in that industry! This hotel is disgusting

Do not book here! They have Bed bugs & when I say this hotel is OUTDATED! It’s outdated! Also imagine they don’t want to refund you & said well you can just switch rooms! Bed bugs don’t just stay in ONE room. Your matteresses are old & bumpy! Change them! Also they don’t clean their carpet so be warned not to walk on their floors barefoot! Also they have a pet friendly policy & I was wondering why I smelled pee! I’m like I don’t have animals! Also the house keeping they hate their jobs, I have to confront one lady & tell you to clean because you’re not gonna put that nasty non washed comforted on the bed. I put it on the floor for a reason! I also took pictures & videos because nowadays they try to get away with your money! FIX YOUR HOTEL OR CLOSE IT
