It’s a centric place. Many options for dining and gift shops. Breakfast and pool good. They just have a big problem: the Receptionist is VERY RUDE. She doesn’t even look at your eyes. I understand that maybe she is sad for been working instead of being on vacation, but that’s her choice, to be a receptionists.

All was well with my stay here. The only complaint is the room was not ready at 4pm as it should have been and I had to keep checking with front desk to get updates. They never called to say it was ready. Also had to ask to be compensated for free parking for the inconvenience of late check in. Other than that stay was good. It was clean and comfortable.

We had a nice stay. Clean rooms and good staff. There is not what I’d call “shuttle service to the parks”. They offer a couple trips a day, some not even round trip to each park. We spent money on uber instead. I wish I’d known. Otherwise a nice stay. Good restaurants in walking distance and safe area.

We got an accesible room we tried check in at 10:30 am they did not let us and did not assignee room until we came back after walt disney world they gave us the most far away room a handicap room which shower did not work correctly the front desk employee were not friendly specially the night shift the worst they offer shutle to the park which you have to wait over an hour to actually get one overall not a great experience its more like a 2 star hotel

We had a wonderful stay here ! We are from Canada and our cards weren't working as it was it was our first time using them in States. The manager went above and beyond to help up to make sure we were in our room, he tried every option and after a very stressful moment he got it work. I am so beyond grateful for his help so we could make our first Disney trip possible. We had a great stay here the kids loved the pool with the dump bucket. Service was amazing. Thank you again !

Overall our stay was ok, the property could use some updates, it still has popcorn ceilings and some places had stains. Also there were clothes left in the drawer that were not cleaned out from the previous occupants, so I felt they could have done a better job of checking and cleaning the room before we got there. My 5 year opened the drawer and there was stool clothes and underwear in it, I’m just glad she didn’t touch it. The first room we checked it, the door to the patio would not open so they switched us to another room with no problem. Lastly watch out for the almost $40 a day in hidden parking fees if you park a car on site. It was conveniently located near everything so it worked out good.
