This was our 3rd stay at this resort over the last few years and unfortunately the property has gotten worse. Rooms are old & outdated, ceiling is filthy, old and worn out bed sheets & pillows, we found and killed a roach in our room, terrible lighting everywhere including rooms, hallways and out in the parking lots. People outside smoking cannabis. Just not a great representation for Marriott. Pros continue to be location is great and pool area.

It was an ok experience

Overall experience was ok. A few misunderstandings at the beginning but all was ok after. Saw a few baby roaches maybe came up from the pipes since it all looked clean.

Staff was so friendly and provided amazing service. It is also walking distance from many restaurants. The pool was pretty Small for a hotel of that size, but was really clean. Thankfully not a lot of people were staying there when we went. Another nice touch is the movies everyday, however, it was a huge dissapointment that you couldnt hear the movie over the splashing of the kids waterpark area.

Hair everywhere in my room and no supplies to live in room were there. Seemed we were an inconvenience.
