We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our kids loved the pool and it was really nice that they played a kid friendly movie at the pool in the evenings. We'll definitely be staying here again!

The staff was very nice at the front desk, but the room we got was not what was shown on the booking. Very small room, smelled, didn’t seem very clean and we ended up cancelling our stay and they were very nice about it. Just saying, don’t believe everything said and shown on the pictures when booking.

The customer service was exceptional. However there was barely any hot water in the room shower. The pool water was freezing, the front desk associate said it was climate controlled but it was not.
