We have have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. This was the first time since the updates. The updates to the lobby and rooms were great. Upon arrival the check in clerk was not friendly and very curt. I was disappointed in his overall demeanor. Only one of 3 of the elevators were working, so needless to say there was always a wait at the elevator. Also the floor of the elevator was filthy. Room was clean and updated. The vending machine on our floor was out of order. Also, everything they offer as far as vending or the small grocery area in the lobby is cash free and extremely overpriced. This was disappointing. Lastly, the breakfast workers were rude and would literally step in front of you while you were making coffee, etc. to wipe the counter. The offerings were limited and all 3 of the hot plate areas were the exact same thing, small omelets. We were completely disappointed that they did not offer more- in the past we enjoyed the waffle maker station- which is now empty. Overall our stay felt safe and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel. .

Upon arrival, I discovered the hotel name had been changed with no advance notice. The lobby was in complete disarray because of maintenance work, there was no food service at all, and the vending machines didn’t accept cards. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Room was nice beds comfy, shower was good The hotel has changed company names and was not the hotel we booked We booked this hotel based on reviews for the quality of the hotel for the price and the great included breakfast, the breakfast was terrible and when up at the counter there were 4 other guests saying how disappointed they were in booking this hotel due to this reason. I was just grabbing towels and decided not to pile on that train to complain as well We were on the first floor and at 7:30 the cleaning staff started their day and were incredibly loud both morning we were there. Room was nice, but all the other issues lead to this review next time we will stay on property at universal or Disney or stay at the Drury inn That’s what we get to ball on a budget
