Situated on westside just off the West end of Highway 192 you also have a wide selection of shops restaurants and attractions literally within a mile of the community.
Upon entering the home, you are welcomed into a bright and inviting lounge featuring a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a desk, making it a perfect space to relax or plan your days. The room is styled in elegant white décor and beautifully complemented by warm brown oak–effect wood flooring, creating a calm and stylish atmosphere
Moving towards the rear, you’ll discover a stylish kitchen featuring dark wood cabinetry contrasted by crisp white countertops and décor. Fully equipped with everything you need, it makes preparing meals effortless. The breakfast bar is perfect for casual gatherings, while the welcoming dining area provides a wonderful setting for enjoying relaxed family meals together during your vacation.
The family room is open plan with the kitchen and dining room comprising of a wall mounted Flat Screen TV, ceiling fan and a comfortable L shaped sofa from where you can also enjoy the stunning views over the large sun-drenched pool deck. There is also a WC off the family room.
The upstairs lounge is another great place for the family to gather. As with the rest of the home it is fully air conditioned and consists of an L shape sofa, a wall mounted TV , gaming table and dining table. It’s the perfect place to crash after a long day at the theme parks or for a family games night.
King Bedroom (downstairs) with a charming décor boasts a Flat Screen TV, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with shower and double sink. The perfect room for rest and relaxation after a busy day at the parks.

- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)

- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- For system safety, AC cannot be set below 72°F
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
