Unfortunately, if it hadn't been for the front desk associate, Nelson, I would have given this hotel a higher grade. Our son fell ill on the trip and had to miss his last day at Disney (passes are not cheap); on the day of the flight out, I explained to Nelson that our flight did not leave until 7 pm and had asked if we could have a courtesy late check-out so that our son could go would not have to sit in the Orlando airport for 7 hours with a fever and coughing, etc. He said all he could do was "offer a noon check-out" and that if I were to check out at 3 pm, "a $75 charge would automatically be incurred." Mind you, this hotel was listed as an Expedia 'VIP Access'? Nelson did not make us feel like VIPs at all. We were disappointed in Nelson's lack of empathy and customer service, knowing that we lost the money we spent on the Disney pass since our son could not go. In this situation, he could have overridden the late check-out fee and made an exception for what we had to deal with that day at the airport with our son. Because Nelson handled this situation in the manner that he did, we will not stay at this hotel EVER again.

Great hotel. Check in was quick, the rooms were clean and very spacious! The included breakfast buffet was great especially right before a busy day at the theme parks. We will definitely make this our go to hotel when visiting Orlando!

A Great Stay

The check-in process was seamless and the staff greeted us with warm smiles. The room was clean and comfortable. We like the fact that there was a sitting area with a couch and eat area. The location is convenient since we were taking our daughter to Disney. A extra plus is that they have complimentary breakfast and free parking. Only issue is that one of the main elevator was out of order. Other than that everything else was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved the free breakfast but same options every morning. Free coffee only available during breakfast. It was affordable but watch out for daily hotel fee. Elevator was broken but had extra one down at the end of the hall. Hotel room door was very thin and you can hear everything in the hallway. Clean staircase but dirty hot tub. Pool was heated so the kids loved swimming in 50 degree weather.

Our room was filthy. Dirty microwave, stains all over the couch, no toilet paper, and there was a musty smell which we found out was mold/mildew on the AC vents. I took photos and they are on google reviews. The staff, less Luckena, was very helpful. We recieved a 75.00 credit though Im not sure how to get it through Expedia. We got a new room, which was clean, however, the heat did not work in the room and currently it has been freezing in FL for the last week.

The property is nice overall. However, one of the 2 elevators was out of service. Our room was on the 7th floor which caused a lot of wasted time waiting for the elevator. In one instance we waited more than 10 minutes just to catch the elevator. The mandatory resort fee feels like a scam. If it's mandatory, it should be added to the room charge. There's no extra benefit for the resort fee like you might get in New York or Chicago. It's a complete scam.
