It was overall good. The hotel is clean and close to Disney World. There are shopping options and dining nearby. The front desk staff are friendly and so are the breakfast service staff. However, there are 2 issues: 1. we didn’t get cleaning service for the first 2 days during our stay and had to ask for it on the 3rd day. 2. we were charged for the items we didn’t use.

Everything about our stay was superb. From meeting Victoria at check-in, which was smooth and quick, to ordering pizza in house. The suite was perfect! Loved the size and layout. There were three of us (5, 52, 53) and we had more room than we knew what to do with. I had see mention on another review about noise levels. We stayed in room 704. Which is the top floor end of hall on 12/23. No noise. We did hear a little bit of traffic but honestly that’s every hotel everywhere. So unless you’re just impossible to please be sure to stay here when in Orlando. You WON’T be disappointedt.

The restaurant mentioned in the website is actually not in the hotel. You have to drive to the nearby hotel for a restaurant. They only have on site pizzas and chicken wings. Breakfast is good except the coffee, it's actually over brewed and it tastes burned (no matter what machine you choose)
