This is a beautiful hotel with a very nice atmosphere. The room were spacious and clean and the pool area was fabulous. Only downside was no 24 hour coffee in the lobby you had to but it from a machine that only did foo foo coffee no plain brewed coffee except in your room.

Very spacious rooms. Kids loved it. The availability of free breakfast is a perk, we enjoyed it. Staff at the breakfast canteen area were very friendly- Tamee, Irasema and one other gentleman (black guy) made you feel absolutely welcome.

Fantastic place to stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large and clean. The entire hotel smelled nice. Very close to Disney World, stores, and restaurants. Free bus transportation to Disney if you prefer not to drive. Free breakfast was great. Cost of our room was quite reasonable. Overall very pleased with our stay and would definitely go there again!!

Hotel is in good location for Disney and Universal as well as International Drive. The hotel itself is old, rooms are dated but overall comfortable and clean. Sister hotel Caribe Royale is a nice option for drinks by a nice pool with lots of atmosphere. Our room could sleep 5, but I would say it would be very tight as rooms are narrow. Sofabed once opened takes up most of the space in the sitting area. The breakfast is ok, not much variety (scrambled eggs and sausage daily). Gym is nice but tiny. Ice machines are added bonus on each floor. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
