Zero flexibility, confusing listing.

The apartment was fine and all but I specified I wanted the same place as the year before and was placed with a 2 bedroom with no chance to back out or change to an appropriate size apartment for our group. Not at all happy.

Convenient location

If you are looking for a condo that has modern furnishings, a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, this is not it. Although the condo is very conveniently located to many Orlando attractions, which is a plus, the overall cleanliness needs much improvement. Surface areas are clean, the space needs a deep clean, lots of leftovers from previous renters found under couches and in dresser drawers. Furnishings are old, out dated and quite frankly beat up from previous use. The linens included one top sheet and older comforters. The towels were clean but thinning and need to be replaced with new. The entire condo just appeared to be in "used condition". For the price, I expected more. It appears as this "side" of the resort is the older section, other condos we visited appeared to be newer and much more aesthetically designed and decorated. The resort is family friendly; the pool area is a nice retreat although at times can be a very popular place to hang out. Pool bar is a fun touch but drinks are expensive and the courtesy officers enforce the "no coolers" rule. Bakery/ice cream shop in walking distance as well as a Chick Filet and Publix. I would visit Vista Cay again but would look for other available condos within the resort. This one needs some work.

Perfect location for convention center

The condo is cozy. The bathrooms are quite large. Its a great location to stay especially if you need to get to the convention center. The pool is nice and right next to building. There is a Publix nearby which is very convenient as well.

AAU 2019

The only issue was the AC it was programmed to go up to 78 all of a sudden. Sometimes I’m the middle of the night. And could not be wet under 70. I personally sleep at 68. Need to keep in mind this is in Florida a very hot state.
