Very nice facility, pleasant and attentive staff, really perfect within its four walls. The ground level room facing the hotel parking lot, the TA Travel Center directly across The street with trucks coming and going all night was not so great. Two weeks before arriving I had requested a room on an upper floor to avoid this. I was too tired to say anything but in hindsight I should have.

Overall, our stay was good and the property was clean and safe. When I checked out the receipt said one price, as did your website, but we were actually charged about $35 more according to my banking app. I didn't notice this until we were already back home. Disappointing end to a nice weekend.

The house keeping over the weekend left much to be desired - there was soap residue left on the accesibilty seat in my shower, my coffee, cups, stir stick packets and ice bucket liner was not replaced. Sunday morning the sheets were just pulled to the top of my bed. The towels were not hung where they should have been, it was a growing pile on the back of my toilet. My fridge froze my food and there were no clear instructions how to adjust this problem - I lost groceries I had purchased for meals while I was working at the Bloomsburg fair - family size salad from the Olive garden, 4 boiled eggs and a bag of chicken. My coffee creamer and iced coffee was frozen every morning and I had to thaw it out in the sink of the shower so I could use it.
