Terrible experience. I was unable to travel to Ocean City due to unforeseen circumstances and requested a refund in advance, but the managers at Residence Inn by Marriott Ocean City denied my request. Guests should be clearly warned that when booking through a third-party platform, refunds may not be granted by the hotel regardless of the situation. This policy should be communicated more transparently before booking to avoid misunderstandings and financial loss.
