First night there I was locked out of my room for an hour. The battery died in the door and they couldn’t locate the tool to open the door. After they opened the door it took them another 20 minutes to fix it. And the doors lock didn’t work after he fixed it so I couldn’t deadbolt the door at night. The toilet in the bathroom wasn’t bolted down so it moved.

The staff consistently provides exceptional service. Xena, who assisted us with check-in, demonstrated remarkable hospitality. Given our late arrival, she thoughtfully assured my family that we could take our time and personally delivered additional linens and pillows. Especially the staff everyone was so nice so polite and so helpful when we had an emergency they were right there to help us the lady at the front desk. Paula was extremely helpful to us getting our dinner cooked and it turned out to be an awesome fun relaxing trip mostly due to the staff of this facility they were awesome. I would recommend it to anyone that has headed that way.

The room was perfect. We stayed 9 nights. Plenty of room to spread out-- balcony, kitchen area, shelf in the shower. Only 2 small little things...no curtain or pocket door between beds and sofa/TV. This hotel does allow dogs and I heard some barking. But overall itcwas a great room
