Accommodation near Chadstone Shopping Mall

New bed and linen & attempt to spruce up the bathroom. Poor cleaning: table sticky with lemonade and bathroom not properly cleaned. Was charged $12 for soft drinks and nuts I didn't consume. Minibar wasn't properly restocked and I was charged for it even though I have a medical condition which prevents me from having soft drinks. Demanded my money back. No staff at desk to check out although waited for 5 mins and called out repeatedly. Restaurant filled with boxes. Untidy.

Hot water system broken. Spa / pool was freezer as was the shower I had.

Needs bit of updating,old fixtures and bathrooms. Needs new things

Well priced and central. Bathroom a bit tired but room very clean. Great idea having a 'boxed breakfast' included. Will book again.

Great location for attending Caulfield Racecourse as it is directly opposite. Very quiet street at night no traffic noise at all. Good amenities fully equipped kitchen with oven, hotplates microwave and dish washer. Also a laundry with washer and dryer.

I will definitely be booking a room at this hotel again in the near future. Staff are very friendly. The room exceeded my expectations by far. Thanks Punt Hill!
