Quality stay

Beautiful setting with a landscaped pool. Room was large. Next time I would ask for a room facing inwards towards the pool just to minimise street noise. Good restaurant (breakfast and dinner) upstairs at the pub next door. A great place to visit and a pleasant place to stay.

PROS Check In was easy. Central location was excellent. Outdoor lagoon pool was attractive. Size of room was very good. Breakfast in The Balcony Cafe was excellent. Good food and friendly staff. CONS. Only one, the room was relatively dark. Needed lights on in daylight. NB The cleanliness review would have been 5 Star/excellent, had it not been for the grubby Hotel Info Folder. When opened there were lots of greasy chip flakes between the pages which was rather off putting.

I had read a bunch of reviews and wasn’t sure what I was expecting but the hotel was fantastic. Our room looked onto the street so it was great to sit on the verandah having a drink overlooking the water. The pool area was really neat and clean. Great pool. The pub/hotel attached was great. Food was delicious and the staff super friendly. Location is great. Room clean. Bed comfy. Pub next door. What more could you ask for.
