Tappan Zee Hotel needs a LOT of repairs.

Air conditioning VERY Noiisy,not well lit, bed too soft, neighbors played TV loud til 5:30 am., bathroom light created very loud sounds that continued as long as light was on. Very inexpensive but no sleep for me.

Stay Away!

Hotel is as run down as you can get. Really dirty and disgusting hotel. Would never stay there again. Does not look anything like the picture.

Service did not exist. No Ice, no water or any drinks. We had to go to nearby gas station for any drinks or food. Very dated!! Stained furniture and carpets. Fridge, AC,and TV ,worked. No dining. No extra towels or pillows. Convenient for us but other than that, I don't think I would stay again.

The area was peaceful and quiet, and the room was generally clean. However, I noticed a broken chair in the room, and the towels appeared to be unclean. Additionally, the service was not up to par; the staff seemed inattentive and slow to respond to requests
