The hotel is located next to the highway, so our room was noisy. The fire alarm went off at 5 a.m. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn Norwich. It had all the basics - clean room, lots of power and USB ports to charge, good water pressure, etc. The pool and hot tub were nice to relax in. The complimentary breakfast was a convenient way to start the day. And the staff were cheerful and helpful. The only negative was that one of their elevators was not working, but this did not seem to delay anything. All-in-all a good stay there.

Great hotel room, but mattresses are not very comfortable and shower needed a deep cleaning at the room we had had sliding doors and when water ran down the door that must not move often some brown/black particles started coming out, otherwise very nice hotel! Great shuttle options for casino
