The room and bathroom was full of dust. We had to clean the hangers before using them. The safe was extremely dusty on top It likely had not been cleaned properly in months. The safe did not work. The phone did not work. The fire extinguisher in the passage was filthy.

The lobby and its bar are lovely. The rest of the hotel is very dated and tired. The coffee maker didn’t work. The tub was dirty and didn’t drain. We didn’t have any washcloths in our bathroom, and we only had 2 towels for a 4-person reservation. The location is great but set your expectations low for your stay.

I was very disappointed to find out only after i checked in that the pool was out of order. I specifically booked this property because of the pool. I spoke to the front desk and they told me that it was shared with the 3rd party company (expedia) but it is not listed there when i booked.
