staff very nice and acommodating

Clean room, bed and pillows on the softer side, friendly staff, and a beautiful small pool and saunas on the rooftop. The gym is in the basement and is very basic, with one whole-body resistance training machine, one elliptical, one treadmill, one stationary bike, and one pair of dumbbells (not kidding). The hotel entrance itself is tucked away in a quieter courtyard, but the surrounding street area nearby is very busy, with people loitering around, somewhat dirty, and has a few sketchy spots and businesses. However, it’s a very convenient location, within walking distance of the U-Bahn, Munich’s main pedestrian shopping area around Stachus (10-minute walk) and Marienplatz (20-minute walk), as well as great restaurants and cafés.

Conveniently located across from train station. Very nice front desk staff. Clean room. Great restaurant as it was raining so we stayed in. Felt very safe. All around I would definitely stay there again.

Great room, super convenient - our second time to stay here for morning flight. Would definitely stay here again.

Just a sleeper and shower spot nothing special.

Good value option, with decent sized rooms. Gym is very very small but there is a sauna. Oddly the shower water went from hot to cold a lot, and the phone didn’t work for contacting reception (room 219). But overall a good stay.
