Everything was great! The staff exceeded our requests!

The hotel and room were modern and clean. Lots of storage options in the room. The custom shelving and desk seems very well made. The windows open in various ways which was kind of cool! Maybe that's the norm in Germany? The mini fridge in the room was handy. The only negative, if there is one, would be the bathroom was a bit tight. While washing my face over the sink I had to keep my elbows tucked close. But it was clean and modern, so overall, a good bathroom. The employees at the front desk were friendly and helpful. There was also a water jug at the front desk / bar area. We choose to have breakfast out, so cannot comment on the breakfast. It's about an 18 minute walk to Marienplatz, so not totally central, but close enough, and very quiet being a few blocks from absolute city center. Overall, a great stay! I would stay again.

The hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of Munich’s old town. All the staff were attentive and the room was spacious and really well designed. Highly recommended!
