Excellent location, good service, very clean. It is a bit noisy at night being across the street from the bar and plenty bars/restaurants on the street but it did not bother me. This property may not work for someone who needs it to be quiet at night.

Deluxe room was very disappointing - drab, austere, tight, not very comfortable and noisy but public areas were nicely designed in contrast. Location is excellent, in the thick of it. However, that comes with the downside of almost continual outside noise. At least we did not overlook the Hofbrauhaus! Breakfast was of a quality and choice expected considering the inflated price point of the hotel. However, coffee was surprisingly bad, one up from brown water. Breakfast staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Reception staff varied depending on who you got - some great, others indifferent. Concierge was good always.

Lovely hotel with Munich charm. It was ideal for meeting with friends in the lobby and quick coffee. The hot sauna is beautifully done - lovely area to relax. The hotel was super quiet, think it is just great construction. Wish breakfast had menu order but the buffet was the only thing available. would definitely stay there again.

A lovely hotel in the centre of historic Munich. Convenient, walkable, comfortable hotel, breakfast was very good too. Although our room was very comfortable we did think the room was small for the price we paid. The bed was a double but against the wall so only one bed side table. The mini bar in the room was free which included water and there were robes and slippers in the room which was another nice touch.
