Excellent location close to the train station. Friendly staff. Liked that they still had someone at the front desk to help you even though self check-in/check. They are quick to fix issues (TV, AC). Breakfast buffet was good. Room was clean, good size and bed comfortable. The soundproof windows were amazing. Heated bathroom floor. Cooling refrigerator.
Desk didn't come with a chair but they let me borrow from breakfast room so I could work at the desk at a normal height.
The soundproof windows were amazing quality. Honestly, unreal quiet difference.

You can tell this Hotel cares about their customers. Service was over the top. Perks are offered to lesson room cleaning that gives you opportunity to money off for breakfast or drinks in the bar. Staff is attentive and very accommodating- always a smile and willing to help.

Very well located, only about a 20 minute walk. Room spacious and I lounged the fact that if you don’t want the room cleaned you got a voucher for a glass of wine. So glad we stayed with you!!

Room was clean, location was perfect, breakfast was really nice and the staff was helpful and accomodating. Parking is super limited on site but there is a garage few meters away. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay closer to old town.

The location near the train station was great for getting around the city. It was very quiet at night. The area was safe. Many walkable restaurants. Breakfast was comprehensive with a good selection. The dining room staff was attentive, spoke English, and met all our needs. The rooms were adequately supplied. Everything was clean and functional. Bottled water supplied daily. Nice toiletries. The price was a good value. The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. The mattress was firm, but had a non-absorbent protective covering(probaby plastic or vinyl for hygienic reasons)that was very hot to sleep on. It would help reduce the heat if the hotel provided a flat sheet along with the comforter.

The air conditioner was locked on heat mode and couldn’t be taken off. The room would get extremely hot in the middle of the night so we had to sleep with the window open all night. Parking was a nightmare! We had to use the garage next door and the attendant was rarely available so we were forced to pay almost three times the amount we were told.
