The room was in good condition except for the refrigerator that didn't work. On the morning of my last day, I let tet them know. 8 hours later, they finally sent someone. I was already in bed because I had a 4:30 a.m. wakeup. Not having cold water or anywhere to get my own ice was problematic

🇺🇸 ENGLISH VERSION I stayed at Vinpearl Front Beach Hotel Da Nang, and overall, it’s worth the money. ✅ The hotel is clean, new, and right across from the beach. ✅ The room is exactly as shown online — bright, fresh, and comfortable. ✅ The view is excellent, and the vibe is peaceful. ✅ The welcoming drink on check-in is a nice touch. ✅ Staff help with luggage from the moment you arrive. However, to become even better, I believe the hotel should: ➕ Train the staff to be more proactive — anticipate guest needs before being asked. ➕ Improve the check-in experience to feel more warmly personal and energetic. ➕ Encourage staff to greet guests with more enthusiasm from the entrance. ➕ Respond faster to requests — speed and attentiveness matter at this level. 💡Conclusion: The hotel has great potential. If the team focuses more on human connection and proactive service, this place could easily become a top beachside destination in Nha Trang.

The room condition is ok with the exceptions of the loud noise and a few items that are dated like the bathroom sink has residue, the toilet handle almost fell off and the ironing board has nasty yellow marks. However the staff is very courteous and helpful.

Pros: clean, modern and very convenient to a beautiful beach, centrally located for shops and restaurants. Spacious room, beautiful view. Cons: The most indifferent service we’ve experienced in 5 weeks touring Asia. Pool area is poorly planned in a shady covered area with unheated pool and approximately 20 sunbeds for a 47 story hotel. They need to heat the pool and add a lot more chairs. The beach area is very noisy with loud music in the evening and early morning, which is a downside to the location. Our room had a large gap at the side of the window which made the room neither soundproof nor climate controlled. This seems like poor construction or building maintenance. The breakfast area seats 480 according to hotel information, but only has two self serve coffee machines and enormous lineups for both. We gave up and got coffee elsewhere. More coffee machines or more staff to deliver drinks are needed.

This is an 800-room 3 or 4-star hotel with a nice view of the ocean. The rooms are comfortable but in need of maintenance. One of our rooms didn’t even have air-tight windows. There was a 3cm gap in the glass that let the wind and noise in. It was extremely LOUD due to the adjacent busy road and night clubs. Nothing muffled the noise. The hotel beach across the road has maybe two dozen umbrellas so you will have to pay to rent chairs at an adjacent beach club. There is a very sad pool on the 6th floor of the hotel. The water is kept ICE COLD and is in full shade for most of the day. There are maybe 12 deck chairs. There is a pool bar but no bar service. So no one is enjoying a nice swim or a cocktail by the pool. On the plus side, it is never busy. Breakfast is served in a restaurant that seats 480. It is extremely crowded so that even clean dishes are in short supply. I drank juice from a soup bowl. There is no table service. Staff do not approach you to see if you need anything. Even if you ask staff for a coffee, they will simply point you to two very slow coffee machines with lines of 20-30 people at any given time. On the other hand, there is a Starbucks in the lobby where you can buy a coffee. The food offered in the hotel restaurants is very mediocre. But the biggest issue was the customer service throughout our our stay. With only one or two exceptions, the staff seemed completely indifferent. We would never stay here again.
