They need ice machine and the refrigerator that work as refrigerator. I got the upgrade room to ocean view. It's very beautiful view of ocean and city lights at night.

Everything was great about the hotel. Only gripe would be that the cleaning staff kept coming in to clean our room when e lwft the sign out to "do not disturb". Otherwise a very nice hotel.

The staffs was accommodating and nice, the hotel is too luxury and nice not to have complimentary water in the lobby for guests to use. They serve you sweet tea at check in. The location is perfect, 3 minutes walk to the beach and centrally located

Great property, but so busy. It’s a absolutly massive hotel and busy. Lifts takes ages, breakfast is chaos! 1 coffee machine, 1000 rude Russians who think they own the place. Use there hands to pick food up, push in and are just rude. But seriously 1 coffee machine, with at least 500 people at breakfast, if not more. Need at least 5 machines. We liked it, as the room was great, and clean, location was awesome! Just bfast and Russians bad!

This is a beautiful property with great amenities. The room was fantastic with an amazing view of the ocean. The pool area is wonderful with plenty of seating and lots of shade. The restaurant is excellent, both for breakfast and also for other meals. The best thing about this property is the staff. Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming, and do everything they can to make it a great experience. One staff member in particular, Tien, was wonderful to deal with. She checked us in and kept in contact to see if there was anything that we required or any questions she could answer. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
