This hotel is terrible and run down and depressing area. They gave me a small handicap room with no chair or desk to sit at. They included zero water in room or even the plastic cups to drink water (brush teeth). really is a 2 star run down depressing hotel.

It was freezing on the room... Me m my son got sick had to sleep with sweaters.. bath water barely got hot... Window leaks from rain.... No cups anywhere not in room not on 3 or 11... Def not worth the money

I didnt like the fact that i was told by the night staff that towels would be brought to me by the morning staff. When i called for the towels; i was told i had to come down & get them myself. So i went down ti get them & they dod not have any towels. Just ridiculous. The staff was nice & friendly.

What a great surprise. We left another hotel early due to a terrible bed and service experience. We walked into the Robert Treat and just smiled - a truly upscale, clean comfortable place. Great room, good breakfast next door, and we had lunch in the in house restaurant before we left for the hotel. The service was also impeccable. Very reasonable rates as well, booked through Expedia. Highest recommendation!

At night was very noisy and felt unsafe. We returned to the hotel after visiting family it was around 9pm and there was no one walking around and next to the entrance was a group of man that looked like they were getting high. Parking is very limited and tied I was worried someone would hit our car trying to park or getting out.

I booked a stay here as a weekend staycation because it was around the corner from Swahili Village (great restaurant) and offered room service. I paid for parking for the duration of my stay and the security had me park in the “no parking area” blocking an entrance because there was no parking available to me. That evening we went out and the parking attendant told me they were going to have the car towed and that the security has no authority. The second day we left and came back and were told to park in the second lot, where the parking attendant there complained that they shouldn’t be sending guests there unless the lot is completely full. We found that in both instances the attendants could have parked the car in the metal car lifts specifically made for making more space in the small parking lot. We get there and the room is freezing. I turned the heat all the way to 85 and it just kept cutting off. We called the front desk and they let us know they don’t offer heat during this season (Spring) but it was cold. We asked for a comforter but they just brought up 2 sheets. Expedia says room service is available and the restaurant on site’s (Medallion) website says room service is available so we browse the menu and call. The phone in the room has a speed dial for room service but no answer. We call the front desk and we’re told the hotel has no affiliation with the restaurant and that they don’t offer room service. Clean hotel but not worth the price or headache.
