To start with the rooms are extremely small, which is not displayed in the booking. Also, while booking, it was mentioned that the hotel could provide rollaway beds at a cost. However, when asked, I was told that they didn’t have any. In general, I was expecting more from a Sheraton branded hotel and from Marriott Bonvoy.
