The hotel looked NOTHING like the photos on your website. It was rundown, dirty, holes in the acoustic ceiling tile, no wind it was boarded up with an air conditioner in the window. The place stunk of marijuana. They allow rooms to be rented by the hour which was disturbing. No one spoke English and when I tried to ask a question about public transportation all staff could tell me was gas station and pointed outside so we had to walk halfway up the block and ask the gas station attendants for help.

The bathroom has no hot water and in some of them, the walls are cracked and moldy. AI major eyesore..In addition, the Roku t.v’s are not playing what the guest want to see.

This was probably one of the worst hotel experiences that I’ve had! I would avoid at all cost, my room was as cold as it was outside and to add insult to injury there was no hot water, which by the way is against the law to not provide in nyc. The bad attitude having management didn’t want to give me another room, and magically I go back to my room and boom my key is deactivated… Hotels.com is aware of this, and they offered me 30 in one cash and told me in a manner of speaking the couldn’t care less, keep in mind I’m in a hotel a lot for work. There are plenty other hotels closer to e 149 in this price point I would go for one of those along with a different booking company!
