Clean room it was mostly quiet, even though there was a strong smell of mariguana around the floor I was staying at.

Room was clean upon arrival, staff were pleasant. Sound proofing could be better, with this in mind the staff should ensure noise is kept to minimum after certain hours. We had to ask the team a few times for room cleaning which still wasnt done. But not the biggest issues and thus given 4 stars. Route to Subway was nice and easy both day and night.

Alott shopping near by great place very clean affordable,, the parking in reality I’m a little since if u don’t be back early u most won’t get parking because they don’t really have for u .. who ever come firts takes it ,, other wise good hotel

Area does not feel safe. There's one microwave for the entire building. There is no tea or coffee. Anyone can wander in off the street and go to the rooms. They ask you $100 cash to check in early (seems like a bribe?). Parking is first come first served, and you'll probably get blocked in because there are about twice as many cars as there are spaces. One car had been broken into. The parking ramp is so steep it damaged my car. There's no phone number to reach them. The room was dirty. The heat didn't work and there was only one very thin blanket on the bed - very cold overnight. No hangars. Sink and shower leaked (flooded the bathroom floor completely). Shower water wasn't very hot. Not enough towels provided. The bulletproof glass around the check-in desk is so thick you can't hear anything they are saying. Fire alarm going off multiple times at night.

Hotel was advetised as having paking, their very tiny lot was full. No parking available on the street, had to go down the block to a paid parking garage. Room was ok but, no outlets near the bed to charge phone, no light switch near the bed to turn off lights and no remote for the TV. Not coming back here.
