Yes as I stated in my email this morning I was very unprofessional and violated several public health codes that I don't need to list at the moment but I also ask the staff to notify the authorities or I wanted a refund immediately I was scheduled to attend my grandmothers funeral so I couldn't stay on the property to see things through, but with this second message I hope management understands the seriousness of the matter.

For the last two(2) days February 11 & 12, 2026 the room is exceptionally comfortable, clean and welcoming and yes I have extremely hot water which I am happy for. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming which is a plus I definitely have to give the Nova Hotel 100 percent excellence!💯⭐️💯⭐️💯⭐️💯⭐️

No coffee, tea bags, sugar, disposable glasses in the room. No place to hang the clothes. No closet or hangers. No iron board and iron. Heater not working well. No water in the bathroom after midnight. Noisy guests, looks like addicted people.
