For the most part I had a good stay. After having to wait for a young lady who I guess was new having to get help cause she was getting ready to charge my card again when I had already paid for and reserved my stay. Also I was given a room that at about 5 in the morning I went to go to bathroom and there was water everywhere due to a leak coming out of the lighting from the ceiling. I was given the same type room on another floor after reporting to a gentleman at the front desk.

We felt the room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was friendly and helpful. We requested new towels and coffee pods and everything was delivered to our room quickly. We couldn’t get the TV to work properly the first night so they sent someone to fix it and bring us a new remote. The location is central to the metro and a lot of other places including Times Square. We would definitely come again!

The lobby was nice and a good first impression. The room was comfortable and provided enough space for our (4 guests) needs. However, the water took quite some time to warm up, and there was a large roach in the bathroom. While these issues were concerning, the room overall was “Okay”.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This was one of worst hotels I have ever had the displeasure of booking! The rooms were extremely small and dirty. And the neighborhood was so unsafe. Folks were literally walking from off the street into the hotel. It was so unsafe. Do not stay here.
