Those who arrive with beach snacks and groceries will gravitate to the updated kitchen. The kitchen has a fresh feeling with its white beadboard cabinetry, white appliances, and granite countertops. Along with a clean aesthetic, this space is fully equipped for any recipe you're eager to try. A Keurig and drip coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and more provide guests a seamless cooking experience. Plus, the kitchen grants its chefs a dreamy view to chop and prep to! Meals can be enjoyed at the dining room table for four.
In between trips to the shore, kick back in the living room. You'll never have to say goodbye to the sea as this room has a direct and corner view of the ocean. Two others can share the second bedroom as it has two twin beds. Guests can use the nearby bathroom which has a walk-in shower and plenty of bath towels.

Point East condominiums are renowned for their envied oceanfront location along the non-driving shore of New Smyrna Beach. This 84 unit complex has recently undergone complete renovations and now boasts of a brand new roof, fresh landscaping, a redone pool deck, and updated pool chairs. Along with its prime location, guests are provided a community pavilion, a grill, 2 shuffleboard courts, a seasonally heated pool and kiddie pool. The complex sits close to many amazing fine dining and casual restaurants, lovely shops, as well as local taverns with wonderful bands for listening and dancing.
