Our overall stay was good. The only thing we didn’t like is that we weren’t informed during booking that there was a 30$ nightly destination fee. We also weren’t informed that breakfast wasn’t included with the total payment of the stay. There also wasn’t a microwave in the room and the only one available was located on the 12th floor lobby. There also was a service charge hold of $150 which wasn’t listed when booking. Lastly the shower head nozzle was broken in the bathroom. The tube would leak everywhere when turned on and the toilet was clocked soon as we use the bathroom when first entering the room the first time.

Loved front desk staff especially I think her name was Vin and Kenneth..Room was amazing! Downside was dining options as lobby bar was often only option, and it was always so overly airconditioned and too cold to stay very long..

Best Bed Ever! The location was great for everything I needed to see in NOLA. The room service and food was excellent. The concierge was very helpful, and check in went smoothly with the nice young lady at the front desk. Even though there was some stormy weather in NOLA, I enjoyed lounging in the big, beautiful bed and reading. I'll be back!
