Well, first off, neither of the plugs.Next to the bed worked. So I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. The refrigerator didn't work.Then at twelve fifteen am, the fire alarm went off. Had to walk down nine flights of stairs, okay I get that. But an hour and a half after the fire alarm was cleared, still no elevator service. Staff said they had no idea when they wiuld be working. I had to walk back up nine flights of stairs. I am an asthmatic, I had 2 young men ask me if i needed medical attention at the top of stairway number 5. I will say guest staff were very nice. The room was clean and nice enough, but definitely needs some upgrades/work. All in all it wasn't the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone, nor book again.

My stay was disappointing. I chose this hotel for the rooftop restaurant and bar. The hotel had no food and beverage services available which is fine but at the timw of the reservation it did not indicate that. I would have preferred to know so that I could make an informed decision about whether I still wanted to stay at this location.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The staff didn’t replace our towels and sheets the first couple of nights. The hotel had to go on shut down my last night of the stay and the elevator didn’t come back on.

I spent two nights and it was very pleasant. The staff is polite, the location is great. Very easy to park on the street and if not, there are many options of public parking at walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable.

Economical. Restaurant closed.

The restaurant is closed as is the rooftop bar, so you have to venture out for breakfast or other meals. This area of the CBD is not my favorite to walk around. It’s next to the public library and bus transfer terminal. Also, parking is $50 per day You can self park across the street in a non-hotel parking lot for $40 but make sure you renew before your time expires. They are strict and “boot” many cars every day, which is another $70-$100 (yes, it happened to me for being 30 minutes late!). Good hotel.
