Check in took a while as there was one person as the counter and the party ahead of us was having issues. Once checked in, took about 20+ mins to get to us, was seamless to get to the room. However, upon checkout, they told us, while we were waiting for a trolley to be brought up, that at 11:22am, they could charge us $125 extra for “late check out”. Seemed quite unprofessional.

The most amazing scent greets you as you enter. The beds are so comfy and smell so good. The staff is so friendly and inviting! So convenient to shopping and riverfront venues. Made my poodles and my 88-year-old mother feel very welcome and safe!

The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The hotel manager and staff were outstanding and helped us solve several issues with travel and such. I will definitely use this hotel again!

The staff was good, especially the wait staff. Big problem with the bathroom door. It opened only wide enough for a child to get thru. Full grown adults struggle to get thru. In addition, the cleaning staff turned up the air while we were out.
