Close to places we wanted to visit. Easy transportation. Nice bed and shower. Single chair in room was uncomfortable. Hotel breakfast buffet was poor quality and too expensive.

Hotel was very clean and the bar downstairs was great. It is super close to everything, we walked to CBD and French Quarter. The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and quiet

I was disappointed

Room was very small and could use a deep cleaning. No iron/board in room, remote for tv wasn’t working properly, refrigerator only got cool not cold. I asked for a room away from elevator and ice machine but of course I got a room close to the ice machine and could hear every time someone used it. Moe, who works the front desk, was very professional and friendly. The hotel is walking distance from everything which was the only great thing about this place.

We enjoyed our stay at the Indigo Hotel. Check-in was a breeze. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful, especially Ms. Alicia McClain. I left a pair of eyeglasses in our room and Alicia went above and beyond to have them mailed to me. Our room was clean, well appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was modern, the walk-in shower roomy, and the personal care products good quality. The hotel is in an excellent location, only a short walk to Canal St, Bourbon St, and public transportation. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Elevators 1/10 (people got stuck I heard, doors would only open half way up most times or would slam shut on or in your face) Room Cleanliness 3/10 (I was able to check in two hour early this could of contributed to that) Bar 7/10 (best cinnamon rolls I’ve had in a while but seemed like the spot all the workers just hung out, it was hard to get service cause they were so distracted) Service Staff 9/10 (Literally the only reason I stayed after day one) Security 8/10 (Posted security guard most day time hours from what I saw, locked lobby during later hours to keep building more secure) Surrounding area 6/10 ( Whenever exiting either wait for your ride in lobby or if going to canal-bourbon Street exit lobby door and take a LEFT)
