I love staying here during Mardi Gras season because the location is in close proximity to the parades, but not directly in the parade route. This makes it easy to catch an Uber or Lyft. The hotel is really nice and has a great breakfast buffet and restaurants.

This huge hotel was difficult to maneuver, the elevators were difficult to understand and the voice announcing which elevator was available was too quiet to be heard over the noise of the evening. Several other people complained about the confusion. Awful!! Will not be staying again!!

I had a A/C unit that sounded like a 18 wheeler starting up in the the room no sleep. I reported it to front desk and they advise maintenance will look at the issue. Maintenance came and still the problem went on. Still waiting to get my room discounted

The stay was fine. The hotel is beautiful. What I didn’t like at all is that they double charged me for my room and said it was a system glitch but that I’d have to wait 3-5 business days for my charges to reverse from my bank account. They did give me a partial credit for inconvenience, but this shouldn’t have happened at all.

The room was decent but the TV was outdated and the wallpaper was coming off. The front desk (Carrdon) was amazing and helpful, giving a ton of recommendations. The area is safe and a few blocks from St. CHARLES Ave where the parades are. Didnt feel unsafe with a 13 month baby.
