First morning there no shower gel. Wet in the shower and no soap! Took them awhile to get it right after two trips to the room. I requested for a manager to call me but no one called. I asked the front desk check in attendant.

Most people we met that worked at the hotel were pleasant EXCEPT the check in/out counter (multiple people cold, short, rude). Walkable to convention center and French quarter. Nice size rooms and clean but definitely needs some updating (and the elevators are SUPER SCARY!).

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay. It is located at a very good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only hiccup we had was accessing the Wi-Fi. Besides that, everything was really good. We would stay again.
