Room was spotless and staff was awesome, Nick went above and beyond assisting us with everything, he made sure we was satisfied with our stay during check in, and miss michelle, continue the same process.The next morning, we had a separate reservation and she was so patient and helpful in assisting us. I've never seen a staff work with so much patience. And courtesy, before These guys were truly awesome

Great cook to order egg breakfast plus other options.Room was clean, comfortable bed. I would have rated it higher except for the fact that their boiler kept going out so we had no hot water for the first day & half. Hopefully they have it fixed permanently now.

Not a fan of the New Orleans rip off of drivers demanding exorbitant valet fees. It’s legalized theft that I guess you expect from a corrupt city like New Orleans.

the breakfast was good, the omelettes was superb. I could not locate the a/c controls. until I was getting ready to go. room was ok, had noisy neighbors., Guest service was good, helped get a taxi. held luggage till check in.

Room was dated. No hot water periodically through our stay. Phone was broken, had to go to lobby to make requests. Breakfast lines were insanely long. On the other hand, staff was great, very courteous and polite. I think it’s a reasonable option with good value for families with children who need suites, but if you don’t have kids, I think there are probably some better options nearby.
