If you re driving to NOLA and stay at this hotel parking could be a challenge unless you dont mind paying $50/ night. Other than that everything is great especially the breakfast

Don't book a room with them because steal money

I called the day before I was scheduled to come and asked for a refund because my surgery was cancelled and I didn't need to drive three hours and keep the Room I booked I was passed back and forth From Embassy suites Hilton To hotel. Com where I booked the room neither one help me cancel the room or give me a refund and I called the manger at Embassy suite and was told he was busy because he was dealing with a death that happen at the hotel And now they want me to rate my stay there knowing I cancelled my booking and never came there and they stoled my money and didn't refund it

Rip Off! - Gives Your Room Away!

I paid for my stay several months in advance. This was for my honeymoon and we carefully considerd the options. I paid for a high floor 1 bedroom king suite with balcony. They gave all of those rooms away and put me in a queen room, no balcony. Upon complaining, being put on hold for an hour while out in the city then walking 3 miles back to the hotel when no one came back to the phone, I was moved to a room that still wasnt what I paid for. Im not a demanding person, all I wanted was what I paid for, or at least be refunded the difference in price between the rooms. If I cancelled, I would have forfeited the complete cost of the stay. I found out they would close the pool (one reason we chose them) during our stay dates but I got over that because there was nothing i could do. Instead, they got full price from me, and resold my room. No one responded to my concern until I went thru the Hilton app and they are only offering Hilton dollars that equate 50 dollars at their hotels. Not the cost of what I lost in the room switch, or enough to cover 1 night in the future at another location. I will certainly never stay there again and they have a poor reputation with the locals when they asked where I stayed. I've stayed in all kinds of places and price points and this is seriously the only time I have ever been treated so poorly.
