I think it is polite to ask guest how are they doing during check in. In this case not only that didn’t happen but when I asked the receptionist of how is she doing? She answer with good thank you. Not bothering to ask “and you?”

Lacking some basics

We arrived early, noon, after driving into town knowing ckin was 3 pm. We asked to leave our bags as we couldn’t ck in yet….. unless we wanted to pay $50. REALLY??? So you have a room but won’t give it to me. Makes to sense to me. So we left our bags for FREE. And came back after 6 pm after enjoying ourselves in town. That’s just putting the squeeze on customers because you want to. NOT because you need to. Rooms were basic and comfortable. We had to call for help on use of the 60 degree frig and the tv remote. There was NO explanatory book in the room and there was no room service menu in the room even though there is a button on the phone for it. Need to step that up as just abt EVERY hotel has that.

The hotel was fine and proximity to the airport was great. The beds are hard and not comfortable and likely need to be replaced all with the pillows. My back and neck are still sore unfortunately.

Skip the breakfast!

The hotel was very nice at first glance, but it was very dusty in some places of my room…like it hadn’t been dusted in weeks. I also paid $16.00 for the ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE breakfast buffet. I ate two bites and left. It was more like a breakfast from a MOTEL 6 rather than Radisson. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

Front desk staff were very rude. We did NOT receive the room we reserved, and were told that’s “just the way it is”. The state of repair if the room was marginal at best (closet door about to fall off the wall, shower curtain should have been replaced months ago, very limited hot water unused you want to wait 20 minutes, show drain not functioning correctly). It was a very disappointing experience at what was once a great place to stay.
