Loved the property but the communication between the reception staff and Bode was terrible. We were charged the maximum cost for early check in, although we did not check in until later. We queried this with the staff and they then had to go through to a central office of BODE who then text me and the reception staff, so there was a 3 way conversation going on all the time. Loved the property but the communication needs working on.

Absolutely best place ! We had a group stay in the three bedroom- two bath- very spacious,clean, comfortable beds and linen- great outdoor space with fire table! Close enough to walk everywhere! Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

Brilliant place home from home.

Stayed here before, and this time booked three double room suites. The rooms are stylish and large - well appointed and equipped. Great location for Broadway. My only criticism is lack of any info at check in, which is done online and via email for room numbers and security code. Also, there’s no room cleaning unless you pay extra for it - which seems a bit mean given that we were there for 4 nights, and it’s not a cheap place to stay really. Parking is bloody expensive too. That said - I’d definitely stay here yet again, but those things could be clearer and improved.

Perfect distance from Broadway. Property was very clean & up to date. Everything is done electronically thru text messaging..check-in, check-out, housekeeping,ect….But staff in Dawn was excellent to work with. Only negative we had was that we had a late flight (9pm) on Friday, and we were unable to get kind of longer check-out which was at 11am, but they do hold your luggage for you.

Loved location but not noise

We loved that we could to broadway but the noise and light in room was not what we prefer. Blackout drapes would help with noise and lighting. We were I. Room 336 right by the road and heard buses, trucks, garage trucks. Request interior room. The staff both on site and inline were great.. We would stay again but request interior

The property is covenient located very close to downtown. The room was clean, the cleaning stuff were friendly. It was a different kind of experienced cause they didn't have a front desk, everything is done through text, but if you needed and immediately help, there is a cafe downstairs and they can help you to get what ever you need. In my case, the room did not have a safe, so i asked one of the cleaning lady and she direct me to the cafe. When i got back later that day, a safe was in my room BUT the only problem was, it was a portable small safe so if i decided to put some valubles in there and if someone broke into my room they just will be able to take the safe with them so i just did not leave any valuables in the room. They do not clean the rooms or change the towels or pick the garbage everyday but if you ask the stuff they will do it for you.

It was nice to have the kitchen and living room area to hang out in. We had the three bedroom condo. Nice big king beds that were very comfortable. Easy walk to Broadway. Staff was very helpful. Our hot water tank wasnt working on day 3 and they addressed it right away. I would definitely stay here again

We were in town with friends for a concert and got the 3 bedroom. It worked out great. Love the size of the common areas. The balcony was great too. Convenient location to Broadway and Bridgestone.. was an easy walk.
